Position Overview
Our client is seeking a highly skilled Staff Product Manager to lead product strategy and execution for innovative, scalable systems that enable AI/ML capabilities and internal tooling. This role is ideal for a product leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, balancing strategic vision with tactical delivery to drive business value, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
As part of an enterprise product team, you will collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and business stakeholders to define product roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and deliver impactful solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning (50%)

Deeply understand user needs and business goals to shape product strategy.

Define clear objectives, success metrics, and roadmaps to deliver measurable value.

Manage and prioritize the product backlog, making data-driven decisions.

Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to keep products best-in-class.

Partner with Finance on business planning for new opportunities.
Delivery & Execution (20%)

Lead discovery efforts, validate assumptions through user research, and refine product direction.

Translate requirements into actionable user stories and incorporate them into release plans.

Ensure quality standards are met and communicate complex technical concepts clearly to stakeholders.

Participate in Agile ceremonies (standups, planning, demos, retrospectives) to drive progress.
Leadership & Collaboration (30%)

Foster collaboration across Engineering, UX, and other teams to resolve challenges and deliver value.

Mentor junior team members and promote modern product management and software development practices.

Act as an advocate for end users, aligning solutions with customer needs and organizational goals.

Manage stakeholder expectations and guide prioritization discussions based on tangible benefits.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements

7+ years of product management experience in a modern software development environment.

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver impactful solutions in a fast-paced setting.

Strong experience with Agile methodologies and practices (e.g., XP, TDD, continuous deployment).

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with data platform tools, AI/ML technologies, and internal tooling.

Proficiency in user research, competitive analysis, and defining product metrics.

Ability to mentor and guide junior product managers in core product management practices.
The hourly pay range for this position (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location) is $60.00 to $80.00/hr.
