Subscription Acquisition Manager

In this role, you'll collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, engineering, design, business development, and data analytics teams to develop and execute cutting-edge acquisition strategies. Your expertise will help optimize subscription funnels, improve user activation, and maximize revenue growth across various platforms and channels. Required Skills
- At least 5 years of experience in subscription or recurring revenue models within entertainment, sports, or related industries
- Proven ability to develop and implement innovative customer acquisition strategies focused on conversion, activation, and revenue growth
- Strong understanding of A/B testing, performance marketing, and data analytics for optimization purposes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of success in marketing program development
- Meticulous attention to operational details and documentation-heavy workstreams
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams to execute complex marketing initiatives
- Strong interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Comfortable working in high-pressure environments and adapting quickly to change
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience with subscription management platforms and marketing automation tools
- Knowledge of entertainment and sports content industry trends
- Familiarity with user onboarding processes and lifecycle marketing
- Coding or scripting abilities for data analysis or automation
Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields
- Minimum of 5 years' experience at a media, entertainment, or technology company specializing in subscription growth or acquisition strategies
