TITLE: Technical Interactive Producer
LOCATION: Remote
ANTICIPATED DURATION: From 01/07/2026 to 07/06/2026
Responsibilities:
- Support the end-to-end production of web platforms and event-driven digital experiences
- Manage production workflows from concept through launch and post-event iteration
- Own timelines, milestones, and release schedules tied to large-scale events
- Develop and communicate release notes, deployment plans, and launch readiness
- Create and manage detailed production timelines, dependency tracking, and execution plans
- Support agile delivery models and iterative release cycles
- Support digital production needs for large-scale live or hybrid events
- Coordinate timing and readiness of web updates aligned to live event moments
- Support localizations workflows and asset management processes
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate production workflows and improve quality
Requirements:
- 5–7 years of experience as an Interactive Producer, Technical Producer, Associate Producer, or Project Manager supporting web launches
- Proven experience working with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, content, QA, and operations
- Strong understanding of modern web production workflows and lifecycle management
- Experience managing multiple workstreams simultaneously in fast-paced environments
- Exceptional communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
- No formal education requirement; relevant professional experience is essential
Preferred Experience:
- Experience supporting large-scale live, hybrid, or global digital events
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and sprint-based delivery
- Proficiency with Jira or similar project management tools
- Experience working with localization workflows and global stakeholders
- Exposure to AI-assisted production tools or automation platforms
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and adapting plans in real time during live moments
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $50.00 to $80.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
