About the Role
We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Product Manager (or Program Lead with strong Systems Architecture experience) to lead initiatives at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, and AI-powered Voice Technology. This role will be responsible for optimizing marketing funnels to empower the sales team—particularly SDRs—with a streamlined, AI-enhanced voice experience.
You will partner with engineering, sales, and marketing to build, integrate, and deploy Martech and SalesTech solutions that improve productivity, insight, and results across the revenue team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Martech and Sales Stack roadmap — optimize the sales funnel and voice experience with AI-driven solutions.
- Design and implement systems that align with the SDR workflow, using both existing platforms and new technologies.
- Gather requirements and collaborate closely with engineering and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver business-impacting tools and experiences.
- Drive adoption by building training programs, “how-to” videos, reference guides, and other change management materials.
- Develop workflows and stakeholder journeys for newly implemented systems and enhancements.
- Own Voice AI initiatives, especially its integration into the customer journey and SDR experience.
- Participate in SDLC projects to deliver high-quality, scalable tech solutions that sales and marketing teams will actually use.
- Act as the connective tissue between Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing—translating business needs into actionable system capabilities.
Skills & Experience
- 8–12 years of relevant experience in product management, program management, or systems architecture—ideally supporting sales and marketing teams.
- Proven experience working with or administering Salesforce in a product or systems capacity.
- Strong understanding of Martech and SalesTech platforms, including Marketo, and preferably LeanData.
- Hands-on experience or exposure to Voice AI and its integration within customer or sales workflows.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills—you can bridge technical and non-technical teams with ease.
- Strong initiative and ownership mentality—you don’t wait to be told what to do.
- Familiarity with AI technologies and how to use them practically to solve business problems.
- Ability to create clear, data-driven narratives—SQL and analytics skills are a plus but not required.
- Comfortable managing change, training, and cross-functional onboarding efforts for new tools and systems.
Nice to Have
- Experience with first-party Voice Agents
- Working knowledge of SQL and data storytelling
- Experience in building scalable training programs and system adoption strategies
Projects You’ll Tackle
- Integrating Voice AI into the SDR and customer journey experience
- Managing full SDLC projects to support revenue teams
- Developing cross-functional tools that enable Sales to act faster and more intelligently
Why This Role Matters
The tools you build and optimize will directly impact how our sales and marketing teams engage with customers and prospects. From first contact to closed-won, your work will shape a more intelligent, responsive, and AI-driven sales motion.
As a Technology Product Manager, you drive products from pilot phase to final delivery, and drive the technical execution (e.g., contributing to design and conceptualization of a product to driving early piloting and wide-scale deployment) and business operation of one or multiple products. You use your knowledge of web technologies, systems design, and some data skills as you drive key outcomes for a product (e.g., improve product feature offerings, design product or feature launch programs, resolve technical challenges, ensure integrations work), and help drive implementation review for product feature offerings. You use your comprehensive knowledge of translating operational issues into technology solutions (e.g., automating manual processes to minimize human error) to ensure product or business vertical operational efficiency. You drive results in the improvement of existing operations, commercialization of new solutions, and you are instrumental in taking new initiatives from conception to successful deployment in conjunction with Product Management, Engineering, Global Sales, and Marketing stakeholders.
Responsibilities include:
– Review product requirement documents (PRDs) to record product specifications, validate PRDs to ensure customer/partner and internal needs are met.
– Drive to program-level execution activities including anticipating bottlenecks, resolving issues, and escalating appropriately, prioritizing projects and resources, balancing business needs versus technical constraints, and driving successful product or tool deployments and efficient long-term business operations.
– Drive work in the end-to-end lifecycle of planning, designing, and deploying an internal tool or product, ongoing communications, stakeholder management, and project management. Drive program work to ensure product readiness, identify product gaps, and influence product roadmaps for best possible customer/partner experience.
– Drive collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders (e.g., Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing) to develop products and tools. Drive stakeholder related activities such as managing and balancing escalations, requirements, and feedback to and from stakeholders and advocate for the stakeholders in discussions with internal teams.
– Drive the exploration of alternatives and constraints for a customer/partner problem and use analytics and metrics to design, pitch, or assess impact for a potential product or tool solution. Apply systems design principles and understand the impact of design on user experience.
– Drive team to share insights and potential solutions with internal teams (e.g., Product Management, Engineering, Business Solutions, Marketing). Drive data analysis through success metrics to evaluate success of product improvement solutions.
– Assess and identify gaps and issues in current products based on user feedback or metrics analysis. Communicate product gaps and issues to internal teams (e.g., Product Management, Business Development, Engineering). Contribute to solving gaps and issues by technical contribution that can take the form of developing, validating, and documenting new features/solutions. Minimum role qualification requires proficiency in:
– Data-driven analysis and reporting
– Architecture knowledge
