TITLE: Technical Program Manager

LOCATION: Kikrland, WA or NYC

ANTICIPATED DURATION: From 02/01/2026 to 09/14/2026

Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex technical projects to create a foundational cross-platform product suite that enables SaaS operators to build, deploy, and operate their SaaS offerings efficiently at scale across multiple environments.
  • Work closely with engineering, product, and other stakeholders to define, plan, execute, and deliver programs that significantly accelerate the business impact.
  • Manage complex programs solving problems that target high business impact for the organization.
  • Define program charter and execution strategy with cross-discipline stakeholder alignment.
  • Communicate and influence effectively on multiple levels.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in technical program management, engineering management, or platform product management.
  • Experience driving enterprise software product from inception to production.
  • Experience navigating ambiguity and coordinating with multi-discipline stakeholders.

Preferred Experience:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in building, operating, and delivering complex distributed cloud-hosted software systems.
  • Strong technical judgment—experience developing and reviewing technical requirements, design documents, setting technical goals, and resolving technical tradeoffs between teams.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $100.00 to $132.94 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
