Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle of programs that may extend beyond the immediate team.
- Drive, organize, and oversee program activities to achieve business outcomes.
- Develop systems to identify improvements and drive future optimizations, including change management and performance metrics.
- Define and address cross-functional challenges using program management methodologies.
- Adjust programs independently while navigating changing circumstances.
- Understand and manage stakeholder expectations across functions.
- Author program charters outlining scope, timeline, OKRs, resourcing, and risks/dependencies.
- Create project plans that break down projects into phases and provide visibility into constraints.
- Build trusted relationships with program stakeholders for effective decision-making.
- Manage program escalations in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Triage technical issues independently across teams, assessing impacts and resolving issues as needed.
- Design and deliver communication plans aligned with stakeholder needs.
- Represent the program team in various touchpoints.
- Execute change management plans, including impact analysis and rollout monitoring.
- Independently maintain project trackers and status reports.
- Identify and execute program tasks, managing dependencies proactively.
- Define program governance structure, including mitigations, postmortems, and escalations.
- Drive effective program team meetings and determine program phases and metrics for continuous improvement.
- Provide transparency into program pivots and improvements.
Requirements:

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $101.00 to $121.24 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
