Technical Program Manager
W2 contract until June 2026 – potential to extend
Hybrid in San Jose CA

In this high-impact role, you'll independently define program vision, manage intricate project plans, and foster seamless communication across diverse teams and executive stakeholders. Your advanced technical judgment and stakeholder management skills will ensure initiatives stay on track while proactively navigating change management and optimization. Required Skills:

  • Proven expertise in Program and Project Management, including defining charters, roadmaps, and milestones for complex initiatives
  • Strong ability to translate ambiguous goals into clear, measurable objectives
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, including building trusted relationships with senior leaders
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams involving Engineering, Product, Design, and DevRel
  • Proficiency in technical analysis, risk assessment, and dependency management
  • Skilled in developing and maintaining project trackers, dashboards, and automation processes
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate program status and strategic plans effectively
  • Competence in continuous improvement, change management, and governance practices

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience in release management and coordinating product development schedules
  • Familiarity with tools and processes that optimize engineering velocity and quality
  • Knowledge of change impact analysis and rollout planning
  • Prior experience working in global, multi-disciplinary teams

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 7+ years in program or project management roles within technical or product-focused environments
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent programs with significant organizational impact

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $121.16 to $140.08 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
