Are you passionate about ensuring smooth operations and delivering exceptional support? We’re seeking a dedicated Technical Specialist to play a pivotal role in onboarding and provisioning for our SPE, Transmission & Distribution (T&D), Generation, and EHSQ personnel. In this dynamic position, you’ll be at the forefront of operational support, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure every new and existing employee has secure, accurate, and timely access to vital systems from Day One. Required Skills:
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Proficiency with email, Microsoft Teams, MS Office Suite, and enterprise tools
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy in managing access requests
- Customer-focused mindset and problem-solving aptitude
- Familiarity with enterprise systems such as SAP, SuccessFactors, Helix/Remedy, or similar onboarding and provisioning platforms
- Experience working with IT teams and stakeholders on system access and security protocols
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields preferred
- Prior experience supporting employee onboarding, provisioning, or IT operations highly desirable
- Ability to manage a team mailbox, prioritize incoming requests, and communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs and system updates
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $20.00 to $30.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
