Required Skills:
- 4+ years of experience in moderation or content screening operations
- Proven ability to design, implement, and optimize workflows on a global scale, with multilingual and multicultural considerations
- Strong ability to translate policies into scalable, actionable operational plans
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work across legal, product, engineering, and policy teams
- Hands-on approach with meticulous attention to detail
- Technical aptitude to articulate business needs into technical specifications for systems and tools
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience working within high-growth tech companies
- Familiarity with moderation tools and emerging technologies in safety operations
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Business, Operations, or IT
- 4+ years of relevant experience in moderation, content operations, or a related field
Other Requirements:
- Ability to support and adapt to evolving regulatory landscapes globally
- Willingness to sometimes engage in cross-disciplinary projects requiring flexibility and proactive problem-solving

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $35.97 to $45.97 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
