What You’ll Do:
As a UX Architect, you will be instrumental in crafting comprehensive user experience strategies, designing scalable frameworks, and collaborating across teams to ensure seamless, engaging digital interactions. Your expertise will influence the overall design direction, ensuring our solutions are not only visually compelling but also highly functional and accessible.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in UX architecture, interaction design, or related roles
- Strong proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
- Deep understanding of usability principles, information architecture, and user-centered design methodologies
- Ability to translate complex business and user needs into elegant design solutions
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting ideas effectively
- Familiarity with responsive and adaptive design techniques
Nice to Have Skills:
- Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Experience with user research and usability testing
- Ability to create and manage design systems and style guides
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in UX design or architecture, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to collaborate in a fast-paced, innovative environment
- Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings or workshops, as needed
- Relevant certifications in UX or information architecture are a plus

The hourly pay range for this position (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location) is $60.00 to $68.97/hr. Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
