Senior UX Designer – Growth Marketing (Internal Tools)
12+ month W2 contract
Hybrid in Cupertino, CA 3 days onsite

Overview

As part of the Growth Marketing team, you will play a key role in designing and evolving internal tools that support large-scale growth initiatives, portfolio management, and automation workflows. This role blends hands-on UX/UI design with light product thinking, partnering closely with product managers, engineers, and growth stakeholders to turn complex workflows and data into clear, intuitive experiences.

You’ll work across the full design lifecycle—from system design and early concept exploration to high-fidelity execution—while contributing to and extending established design systems. The work is primarily focused on internal platforms, requiring a structured, thoughtful approach to usability, scalability, and consistency.

  • Translate complex requirements, workflows, and data into clear, engaging interfaces.

  • Create design artifacts including sketches, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished production-ready designs.

  • Apply and extend existing design systems, determining when to leverage established components versus introducing new patterns.

  • Contribute to the continual evolution of design standards, patterns, and system documentation.

  • Participate in regular design reviews, incorporating stakeholder feedback to refine and strengthen solutions.

  • Ensure design fidelity through close collaboration with engineering partners during implementation.

Product Collaboration (Secondary Focus)

  • Partner with product and engineering counterparts to understand the current tool ecosystem, roadmap priorities, and lifecycle needs.

  • Participate in roadmap and feature planning discussions, contributing UX perspective to product decisions.

  • Help evaluate existing UX patterns within tools and assess whether they continue to meet business and user needs.

  • Support governance and consistency across platforms used by Growth Marketing teams.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain design decisions succinctly to cross-functional partners.

  • Comfortable working in a PMO-style environment with multiple stakeholders and parallel initiatives.
