Responsibilities:
- Transform abstract AI concepts into high-value products through rapid ideation, validation, and iteration.
- Prototyping complex feedback loops using AI tools such as AI Studio, Cursor, Gemini CLI.
- Articulate design visions and challenge partners with fresh product thinking.
- Ensure AI interactions are optimized across web, desktop, and mobile platforms.
- Collaborate cross-functionally within fast-paced, resourceful environments.
Requirements:
- Deep expertise in AI-centric interactions, including LLMs, autonomous agents, conversational UI.
- Proven ability to work effectively across teams and rapidly iterate on ideas.
- Advanced proficiency in design and motion tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Principle).
- Ability to use behavioral data to inform design decisions.
- Strong storytelling and communication skills.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience designing for AI applications and dynamic feedback systems.
- Demonstrated adaptability across multiple platforms and device constraints.
- Familiarity with AI tools like AI Studio, Cursor, Gemini CLI.
- Resilience and thrive in fast-paced, startup environments.
the hourly pay rate range for this position is $ 0.00 to $ 121.54 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
