UX Designer
TITLE: UX Designer
LOCATION: San Mateo, CA
ANTICIPATED DURATION: From 05/20/2026 to 09/04/2026
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with engineers to communicate, negotiate, and influence design intentions. Guide design specifications for implementation.
- Use and propose new data and metrics to evaluate product impact, understanding the product ecosystem, user trends, and industry.
- Drive improvements in design based on UX testing and stakeholder input; provide feedback to engage stakeholders and achieve product goals.
- Build consensus across teams and communicate design approach to other designers or stakeholders.
- Contribute to developing project priorities aligned with larger goals and coordinate resource allocation within the project.
- Create design solutions based on user insights, business needs, and industry trends to further business objectives.
- Support stakeholders in achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Develop innovative design solutions for user, product, and business problems.
- Drive a holistic design process across teams or products and perform design and testing processes.
- Guide UX designers or conduct research independently to inform design decisions.
- Apply and adapt UX design frameworks, principles, patterns, and systems.
- Visualize ideas using writing and design tools to create mock-ups or prototypes.
- Propose ideas to improve UX by analyzing user needs and solving strategy, product, or technology constraints.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in data analysis, synthesis, and planning.
- Knowledge of product design.
- Understanding of interactive technology.
- Familiarity with UX research methodology.
- Knowledge of product development lifecycle.
- Aesthetic sensibility.
- Understanding of user behavior.
- Skills in presentations and storytelling.
- Systems thinking.
- Craftsmanship.

the hourly pay rate range for this position is $96.59 to $112.64 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
