UX Researcher

TITLE: UX Researcher
LOCATION: Mountain View, CA Hybrid
ANTICIPATED DURATION: From 03/09/2026 to 08/22/2026

Responsibilities:

• Identify ideas to improve products and services through research-driven insights and recommendations.
• Contribute to developing a holistic research program by planning, designing, and engaging in strategic and tactical research.
• Conduct moderately scoped research to identify user needs and business opportunities.
• Plan and prioritize research across projects and communicate priorities to team members.
• Guide product direction through research by analyzing, consolidating, or synthesizing known information about user, product, service, or business needs.
• Help to identify, create, and apply key insights and metrics in evaluating product or service impact.
• Build consensus within projects/teams and communicate research insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Team Management.
• Knowledge of Ethical UX research.
• Skills in UX storytelling and research processes.
• Understanding of UX research methodology.
• Familiarity with the product development lifecycle.
• Knowledge of human/user behavior.
• Experience with interactive technology.
• Systems thinking in UX.

The hourly pay rate for this position is $82.79 to $100.04 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
