Responsibilities:
- Conduct qualitative research such as interviews, ethnography, and usability studies.
- Perform quantitative data analysis, including statistical analysis, modeling, and logs analysis.
- Present research findings to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Synthesize data from various research methods to inform product strategy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Five years of experience in an applied research setting (product or academic).
- Proficient in qualitative research methods.
- Experience with quantitative methods and behavioral data analysis.
- Skilled in storytelling and leading without authority.
Preferred Experience:
- Evidence of strategic impact across multiple product areas.
- Experience with diverse research methodologies like focus groups, field and lab studies, diary studies, and surveys.
- Ability to synthesize data into strategic insights for product direction.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
- Experience in user trust, high-sensitivity areas, or regulatory landscapes.
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $0.00 to $111.34 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
