- Conduct research design utilizing various methods such as usability studies, contextual inquiry, and surveys.
- Apply product research experience in end-to-end, usability, or generative settings.
- Utilize qualitative and quantitative research techniques.
- Analyze behavioral data logs.
- Use mixed-methods approaches and storytelling to communicate findings.
- Lead research efforts without formal authority.
- Five years of experience in an applied research setting or similar.
- Experience with research design using various methods.
- Relevant product research experience in end-to-end, usability, or generative areas.
- Skills in Qualitative Research, Quantitative Research, Behavioral Data Analysis (Logs), Mixed-Methods, Storytelling, Leading Without Authority.
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $0.00 to $119.13 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
