We’re searching for a UX Writer to create new and better experiences across our services. In this role, you’ll work on a tool that helps businesses get visibility and grow.
Description
- As part of our services design org, you’ll help build customer experiences for enterprise and small business customers.
- You’ll be an advocate for the user while also understanding the interests of marketing, business, and engineering
- groups.
- You should be comfortable offering and receiving feedback, and working closely with partners around the company .
Day to day responsibilities will include:
- Crafting copy within existing tone, language, and design systems
- Working on feature development, naming, user flows, product logic, and education for several projects at once
- Converging customer goals, business requirements, and brand values
- Boiling down complex systems into coherent, concise, and compelling interface copy
- Collaborating with designers and other writers to uncover and solve UI challenges
- Addressing feedback and improving performance of our content
