Vendor Manager

Hybrid 3 days onsite
6 month contract
$90-$104/hr W2

Overall Responsibilities:
Drive Quality Improvements: Partner with vendors to develop and implement innovative strategies to improve quality scores. Move beyond traditional training solutions by analyzing root causes, exploring new methodologies, and holding vendors accountable for sustained performance gains.
Support Vendor Rating & Calibration: Collaborate with our Rater Operations team to classify and organize rating questions. Ensure clarity and consistency during rating test calibration discussions with our vendor partners.
Optimize Capacity Management: Monitor and analyze vendor performance metrics to identify and address bottlenecks. Work directly with vendors to optimize rater availability, ensuring efficient resource allocation and proactively reducing backlogs.
Performance Management & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly report on vendor performance. Use data to identify trends, highlight areas for improvement, and communicate results to internal stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:
Experience: 7+ years of experience in a Business, Operations Management, or a related field..
Proven experience in a vendor management or operations role, preferably within a tech or content moderation environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and use it to drive decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with external partners.
A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with a track record of implementing successful process improvements.
Experience with project management and a high level of organization


The compensation range for this position is $90 to $104/hr W2    
(dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
