Senior QA Analyst – Customer Care & OCC Support Tool

Join our dynamic team as a QA Analyst and play a vital role in elevating customer care operations through meticulous testing and quality assurance. In this role, you’ll ensure the delivery of reliable, high-quality features for our Customer Care and OCC Support Tool, supporting seamless interactions for our customers and internal teams alike. Your expertise will help drive operational excellence and enhance user satisfaction across key platform functionalities.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in developing and executing test plans, test cases, and scripts
  • Strong understanding of functional, regression, and integration testing methodologies
  • Proficiency with bug tracking tools, particularly Jira
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with developers, product owners, and business analysts
  • Familiarity with API interfaces and testing, especially with OCC and C2M APIs
  • Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Knowledge of data validation and system performance testing

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Automation scripting experience to improve testing efficiency
  • Experience with chatbot platforms and feature flag management
  • Knowledge of customer communication systems and billing processes
  • Prior experience in the banking or financial services industry

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 3+ years of QA testing experience in software or platform environments
  • Experience with test automation tools is a plus

  • Comfortable with supporting diverse testing scenarios and troubleshooting
