SalesForce Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst – Salesforce, you will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business workflows, and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions. You’ll serve as the critical link between business teams and technical developers, turning complex needs into actionable specifications that support strategic growth and operational excellence.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Salesforce platforms
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce functionalities, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
  • Excellent requirement gathering, documentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze and optimize business processes
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce configurations and customizations
  • Proficiency with process mapping and workflow documentation tools
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Business Analyst)
  • Experience with Lightning, Apex, or Visualforce development
  • Familiarity with data integration tools like MuleSoft or Salesforce Data Loader
  • Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies

Preferred Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
  • 3+ years of relevant experience, ideally within a Salesforce environment

Other Requirements:

  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving project needs and priorities
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse teams, including remote colleagues
  • Certifications in Salesforce or project management are advantageous
