TITLE: Product Quality Evaluator
LOCATION: Sunnyvale, CA OR Omaha, NE (hybrid 2-3 days per week)
ANTICIPATED DURATION: 6-month Contract

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Product Quality Evaluator (PQE) team in evaluating LinkedIn’s core products and features.
  • Test user flows and functionalities independently and comprehensively.
  • Triaging agentic identified issues and reporting bugs to engineering teams.
  • Review DOM structure and validate tracking event implementation.
  • Validate results of agentic test automation tool (pass/fail).
  • Evaluate user flows across various platforms and browsers.
  • Prioritize test cases for agentic automation in collaboration with engineers and product managers.
  • Author, execute, and maintain test cases based on product specifications and member behavior.
  • Maintain a test case repository as a source of truth.
  • Analyze issues reported by test agents and recommend tooling improvements.
  • Estimate effort and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Present technical and functional details to senior leaders and provide product launch readiness recommendations

Requirements:
  • BE/BS/BA degree required, in a technical or computer science-related field.
  • 2+ years’ experience in User Testing, Product Evaluation, Quality Assurance, User Experience, or Test Engineering.
  • Proficiency with terminal, browser developer tools, understanding of DOM structure, and basic Javascript knowledge.


Preferred Experience:

  • Experience with Agile Testing practices.
  • Experience in JIRA and TestRail.
  • Experience with test plan and test case writing.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with Appium is a plus.
  • Experience with APIs (Postman) is a plus.
  • Experience or interest in AI products or features.

The hourly pay range for this position (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location) is $49.21 to $62.00/hr in the San Francisco Bay Area and the New York Metro, $46.26 to $58.28/hr in the state of Washington and the rest of California and New York , and $43.30 to $54.56 in Colorado, and in any state not already listed the hourly pay range is $43.30 to $58.28. Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
