Program Manger
TITLE: Program Manger
LOCATION: 100% Remote
ANTICIPATED DURATION: From 02/02/2026 to 07/08/2026 + possible extensions
Responsibilities:
- Lead complex software initiatives from planning through delivery
- Define scope, objectives, and success metrics for software projects and programs
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocations
- Oversee multiple software projects, managing dependencies and risks
- Track progress, budgets, and KPIs; implement corrective actions
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Communicate status updates, risks, and decisions to teams and executives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in software project/program management
- Certifications: PMP, PgMP, Agile/Scrum (CSM or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, DevOps, cloud platforms, and software architecture
- Proven experience with enterprise-level software solutions or SaaS products
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies
- Proficiency with PM tools (Azure DevOps, MS Project) and collaboration platforms
- Excellent communication skills for technical and executive audiences
- Self-driven professional with a track record of delivering results independently
Preferred Experience:
- Can you describe your experience managing complex software initiatives from planning through delivery? Please include examples of projects you led.
- How do you define the scope, objectives, and success metrics for a software project or program? Can you give an example of how you've applied these in your past roles?
- What project management tools have you used (e.g., Azure DevOps, MS Project), and how have they helped you in managing projects?
- How familiar are you with SDLC, Agile, DevOps, cloud platforms, and software architecture? Can you share specific experiences where you applied these concepts?
- Have you managed enterprise-level software solutions or SaaS products? Please describe your experience.
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $80.00 to $85.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
