Responsibilities:

  • Manage the global agency incentives program.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including agency, Legal, technology, analytics, sales, and regional teams.
  • Handle day-to-day operations of the program.
  • Develop and implement new program strategies.
  • Use data to define the incentives strategy and offerings.
  • Apply growth marketing principles to define and launch incentive experiments.
  • Develop quantitative and qualitative program reviews for leadership.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in consulting, marketing, strategy, or business/product operations.
  • Knowledge of program management, GTM execution, data analysis, budgeting, strategic acumen, and cross-functional collaboration.
– MBA or related Master’s degrees (e.g., Economics, Business, Statistics).
