Senior UX Designer (Enterprise Products)

W2 Contract | Through End of 2026 (Likely Extensions)
Pay: $70–75/hr
Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to support large-scale enterprise product initiatives focused on customer and partner portal experiences. This role sits inside a mature product organization undergoing platform consolidation, AI experimentation, and operating model transformation — making this an excellent opportunity for designers who thrive in complex, fast-moving enterprise environments.

You’ll partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to deliver high-impact tactical UX work that directly drives product trust and adoption, while influencing longer-term product strategy.

This team values designers who can earn trust through execution first, then expand into strategic influence.

What You’ll Be Working On

  • Enterprise customer and partner portal experiences

  • Workflow-heavy product surfaces tied to CRM / service management ecosystems

  • Product enhancements that support both internal operations and external customers

  • Cross-platform system convergence initiatives

  • Emerging AI-enabled product workflows and experimentation

Key Responsibilities

  • Design end-to-end UX solutions across complex enterprise product workflows

  • Translate product requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready designs

  • Partner directly with Product and Engineering to move quickly from requirements to validated UX solutions

  • Contribute to system modeling, data-driven UI structures, and scalable component thinking

  • Balance tactical execution with longer-term UX improvements and product direction

  • Advocate for UX best practices while operating comfortably in ambiguity and evolving requirements

  • Collaborate in highly iterative environments with rapid feedback loops

What Success Looks Like

  • Quickly delivers high-quality tactical UX outputs that unblock teams

  • Builds trust with product partners through consistent execution

  • Demonstrates strong judgment in ambiguous enterprise problem spaces

  • Contributes strategic insight after establishing delivery credibility

  • Works effectively with modern design tooling and AI-assisted workflows

Required Experience

  • 7+ years of UX/Product Design experience

  • Strong background designing enterprise applications or internal platforms

  • Experience working inside complex product ecosystems with multiple stakeholders

  • Demonstrated ability to move from requirements → UX artifacts quickly and independently

  • Portfolio showing enterprise workflows, not just marketing or brochure sites

  • Experience collaborating directly with Product and Engineering in agile environments

Strongly Preferred

  • Experience working with CRM / service management platforms (ex: Salesforce-type ecosystems)

  • Experience designing data-dense interfaces and workflow tools

  • Exposure to AI-assisted product design or experimentation environments

  • Experience working in large, matrixed enterprise organizations

Work Style Fit

This team is looking for designers who are:

  • Self-directed and low-ego

  • Comfortable starting with tactical execution before expanding strategically

  • Strong communicators who can push back thoughtfully when needed

  • Curious about AI-enabled product development

  • Comfortable working without rigid step-by-step direction

Why This Role is Interesting

  • Long runway: Contract through end of 2026 with strong likelihood of extension

  • Enterprise scale problems with real user impact

  • Exposure to AI-driven product transformation

  • Opportunity to influence product direction after establishing delivery trust

  • High-visibility work tied to major platform initiatives
