TITLE: L&D Operations Manager

LOCATION: Mountain View, CA – Hybrid (Tues-Thurs in the office. Monday & Friday remote)

ANTICIPATED DURATION: From 02/16/2026 to 11/15/2026

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement learning and development strategies for support agents to enhance customer experience.
  • Define business-driven training strategies, including onboarding plans and content development.
  • Partner with business leads to align training initiatives with organizational priorities.
  • Coordinate with vendors and global service delivery centers to ensure effective training delivery.
  • Monitor training effectiveness and report on progress, impacting operational targets such as CSAT and Quality.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement across multicultural and cross-functional teams.
  • Manage change initiatives with empathy and influence decision-making processes.

    Requirements:
  • 7 years of experience in a customer or client-facing role.
  • 5 years of experience managing operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in an outsourced business/shared services environment, particularly in customer support or sales enablement.
  • Experience developing and deploying training programs to third-party partners.

    Preferred Experience:
  • Experience using learning management systems to organize and deploy training at scale.
  • Proven ability to collaborate positively with partners and vendor agents.
  • Strong executive communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
  • Ability to build cross-functional relationships and lead change effectively.

    The hourly pay rate range for this position is $0.00 to $114.87 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
