TITLE: IT Support Analyst

LOCATION: Atlanta, Ga 

From 02/26/2026 to 10/23/2026

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and resolve IT-related issues across desktop, mobile, and AV infrastructure.
  • Manage and document incidents using the IT service management system.
  • Communicate with end-users via email, phone, or onsite visits.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of IT service management best practices.
  • Collaborate with technical and business teams to improve IT service delivery.
  • Document IT issues, resolutions, and department processes.
  • Engage in ongoing learning to stay current with emerging technologies.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Entry-level position with exposure to desktop and mobile device support, IT service management, and general IT support.
  • Equivalent experience may also be considered (minimum of 4 years of relevant experience).
  • Experience with desktop hardware and software issues, including operating systems (Windows and macOS), network connectivity, and peripheral devices.
  • Proficiency in supporting mobile devices such as iPhones and iPads.
  • Familiarity with AV and conference room infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of IT service management tools and practices, including remote access tools and cloud-based solutions.
  • Understanding of network and system security protocols.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Relevant certifications are a plus, such as A+, Microsoft Windows/M365, ITILv3 or ITILv4 Foundation, HDICS Certification. – Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Ivanti ITSM. – Strong ability to handle irate users professionally. – Desire to learn new skills and improve. – Ability to work under pressure while maintaining focus.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $30.00 to $40.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
