Sr. AI Software Engineer
TITLE: Sr. AI Software Engineer
LOCATION: Atlanta, GA | Dallas, TX | Phoenix, AZ | Bloomington, IL (Open to candidates within a 180-mile radius of these hubs)
ANTICIPATED DURATION: From 03/30/2026 to 12/31/2026
Responsibilities:
- Architect and build AI-enabled enterprise applications.
- Lead integration of LLMs and AI agents into production systems.
- Define engineering standards for AI model integration, evaluation, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with enterprise architecture, security, and data teams.
- Mentor engineers and influence technical direction.
- Ensure AI solutions meet enterprise security and governance requirements.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of software engineering experience.
- Proven experience integrating AI/ML solutions into production systems.
- Strong backend engineering experience (Python preferred).
- Experience with cloud-native architecture (AWS strongly preferred).
- Experience working with AI APIs and LLM-based workflows.
- Ability to design scalable, secure systems.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with enterprise AI agent platforms.
- Experience with prompt engineering and evaluation frameworks.
- Prior experience in financial services or insurance.
- Exposure to AI governance or model monitoring frameworks.
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $80.00 to $83.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
