TITLE: Email & Web Strategist
LOCATION: San Francisco, CA
ANTICIPATED DURATION: From 04/20/2026 to 04/20/2027

Responsibilities:

  • Lead development of project and creative briefs for internal creative teams.
  • Act as strategy client for agency partners, providing clear project briefs.
  • Guide development of points of view and presentations on cultural or category topics.
  • Propose and lead insight development, including primary research projects.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to understand the business and identify new opportunities.
  • Develop, maintain, and evangelize strategic platforms and points of view for products and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of strategic brand planning experience.
  • Deep understanding of marketing strategy, experience design, research, or brand communications.
  • Track record of leading strategic conversations across disciplines.
  • Skilled in partnering with creative teams across multiple fields including advertising, video, and retail.
  • Expertise in business and brand strategy, insights and research, media and communications planning.
  • Strong writing, visual storytelling, and presentation skills.

Preferred Experience:

  • Creative advertising or design agency experience.
  • Examples of creative briefs or case studies.
  • Experience with strategic leadership in product and initiative planning.
