TITLE: Marketing Campaign Operations Manager
LOCATION: Hybrid Culver City, CA
ANTICIPATED DURATION: From 04/06/2026 to 11/06/2026
Responsibilities:
- Consolidate communication between various lines of business and partner marketing managers.
- Lead tactical execution of creative briefs across various media types and lines of business.
- Analyze campaign performance data and ensure learnings are leveraged across the organization.
- Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams promoting collaboration.
- Assist in development and maintenance of tools that aid in creative planning, development, and reporting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 8 -10 years of experience managing marketing processes including creative development and clearances.
- Knowledge of various partner verticals and marketing channels.
- Experience leading the creative process including data-based content selection, briefing, clearing, and trafficking.
- Advanced knowledge of Airtable and Keynote.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and organize projects.
- Self-starter mentality with problem-solving skills.
Preferred Experience:
- Direct experience at a video or music streaming service or agency within the entertainment industry.
- Experience building partner marketing processes within highly matrixed organizations.
- Passion for television, movies, music, sports, and the streaming industry.
The hourly pay range for this position (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location) is $60.00 to $79.18/hr. Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
