TITLE: Operations Manager, Extended Workforce Governance & Execution

ANTICIPATED DURATION: 04/14/2026 to 10/13/2026
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operational execution of Marketing’s extended workforce (xWF) strategy across multiple critical programs.
- Drive compliance, governance, and financial rigor across cross-functional workforce initiatives.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment, execution, and operational consistency.
- Lead end-to-end management of xWF review cycles and support the accuracy and integrity of workforce data across systems.
- Communicate complex policies and process requirements to stakeholders across Marketing and xWS.
- Partner with Marketing Finance on budget reconciliation and related operational planning activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, mitigate risk, and strengthen operational effectiveness.
- Create and maintain SOPs, process maps, workflow documentation, help resources, and training materials.
- Develop and communicate operational metrics, dashboards, and KPIs to support visibility and decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to implement process improvements and scalable solutions.
- Lead stakeholder meetings to gather requirements, align priorities, and support operational delivery.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in operations, program management, workforce operations, or a related function.
- Strong program management skills with the ability to manage multiple cross-functional initiatives at once.
- Experience supporting governance, compliance, or operational controls within complex organizations.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain policies, requirements, and workflows to varied stakeholder groups.
- Experience with process improvement, workflow optimization, and risk mitigation.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with operational data, reporting, and dashboards.
- Experience partnering with cross-functional teams such as Finance, Operations, or business stakeholders.
- Ability to maintain strong attention to detail while managing deadlines and competing priorities.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience supporting extended workforce programs or contingent workforce operations.
- Familiarity with review cycle management, compliance processes, and workforce data governance.
- Experience partnering with Finance on budget reconciliation or workforce-related reporting.
- Background supporting Marketing Operations or enterprise operational programs.
- Experience improving processes in fast-paced, highly matrixed environments.
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $95.00 to $126.40 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
