TITLE: Operations Manager

LOCATION: New York, NY 

ANTICIPATED DURATION: From 04/14/2026 to 10/13/2026

Responsibilities:

  • Drive creation and maintenance of SOPs, process maps, workflow documentation, help resources, and training programs.
  • Contribute to project execution to generate impact and solve scaled operations problems.
  • Partner with relevant teams on project scoping, execution, and management.
  • Analyze operational trends and identify opportunities to improve procedures and efficiency.
  • Manage supplier/internal selection, onboarding, performance reviews, and progress evaluations related to projects.
  • Develop and publish operational metrics and KPIs, and display data in dashboards.
  • Provide feedback to service providers and internal stakeholders to improve processes and scale operations.
  • Collaborate with partner teams to implement process improvements and changes.
  • Define and implement workflow efficiency scoring frameworks to identify gaps in execution.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, risk, financial, and privacy guidelines in operations.
  • Develop operations review processes to monitor performance and proactively identify solutions.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate policies and processes.
  • Share best practices, opportunities for improvement, and learnings internally and externally.
  • Lead meetings to identify business objectives and operational requirements.
  • Contribute to the delivery of business requirements with appropriate strategies and solutions.
  • Manage strategic relationships with key stakeholders to deliver or oversee operations and processes.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $95.00 to $126.40 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
