Responsibilities:
- Manage content creation and delivery for internal sales events.
- Work with team leads on various content projects, including session segments and awards.
- Write scripts and talking points to reinforce business narratives and culture.
- Manage the video creation process from conceptualization to final output.
- Partner with team leads to ensure messages are engaging, consistent, and aligned with brand voice.
- Collaborate with a graphic designer on slide design.
- Develop location engagement plans such as newsletter copy, countdowns, and hype videos.
Requirements:
- 4+ years’ experience in internal communications, executive communications, or employee event management.
- 2+ years’ experience in go-to-market, sales, enablement, marketing, or customer experience.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to the business language and culture.
- Strong multitasking skills in a dynamic environment.
- Experience working with senior leaders and global teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Google Slides, and SharePoint.
- Skills in video editing and design are desirable.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with keynote presentations, speechwriting, storyboarding, or similar event support.
- Keen eye for design and layout.
- Strong time management skills.
- Attention to detail and results-oriented mindset.
- Good sense of humor and ability to make an impact quickly.
