Program Manager III – Supply Chain Risk & Critical Minerals

Are you a strategic and proactive leader with a passion for supply chain resilience and global market dynamics? Join our team as a Program Manager III, where you'll play a pivotal role in advancing critical minerals and materials risk management at a cutting-edge technology company. In this dynamic, externally-facing position, you will collaborate directly with senior supply chain leaders to drive risk mitigation initiatives, foster supplier engagement, and analyze geopolitical signals impacting sourcing. Your expertise will be instrumental in safeguarding our supply chain against emerging risks while contributing to innovative solutions that support our global operations.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, or commodity operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently lead supplier conversations, manage multiple stakeholders, and drive follow-through.
  • Strong analytical skills with the capability to interpret risk data and develop actionable insights.
  • Excellent written communication skills for composing professional documentation and executive summaries.
  • Proficiency with digital platforms for tracking and managing supplier data, with a strong preference for advanced Excel skills.
  • Genuine interest in global current events, trade policies, and commodity market fluctuations, with the ability to connect macro signals to supply chain risk.

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience working directly with suppliers or in an externally facing role.
  • Familiarity with critical minerals, raw materials, or commodity markets.
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional escalations and support sourcing or product qualification activities.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, international relations, economics, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
  • Proven track record in managing parallel projects and stakeholder engagement in a fast-paced environment.

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to adapt to dynamic geopolitical and market conditions and respond accordingly.
  • Willingness to learn and develop expertise in critical mineral markets and supply chain risks.
  • Ability to travel as needed to engage with global suppliers and teams.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $65.00 to $82.09 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
