Responsibilities:
- Support influencer and creator campaigns for Kimberly-Clark brands like Kotex, Thinx, Depend, and Poise.
- Review lists of influencers for potential partnerships and campaign plans.
- Evaluate influencer content prior to posting for brand alignment.
- Assist with end-to-end influencer campaigns including selections, briefs, concepts, and content approvals.
- Support TikTok Shop affiliate campaigns.
- Conduct influencer risk assessments and ensure process execution across brands.
- Collect and enter reporting and data into systems such as Sprout Social.
- Use data and insights to recommend talent and content themes/ideas.
- Utilize social listening tools to conduct audits, develop reports, and monitor campaigns.
- Understand paid media amplification and best practices for influencer content.
- Contribute to the evolution of the NA influencer playbook and marketing strategy.
- Support analysis and measurement of influencer marketing effectiveness.
- Conduct competitive and cultural landscape research for strategic opportunities.
- Participate in influencer and creator education and training programs.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in influencer marketing (beyond internship level).
- Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, or related field with 2 years of experience.
- Experience with Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube platforms exclusively.
- TikTok Shop experience required, including managing affiliate campaigns.
- Familiarity with brand marketing and agency marketing environments.
- Experience leading TikTok Shop affiliate campaigns.
Preferred Experience:
- CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) experience preferred but not required.
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $35.00 to $40.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
