Marketing Program Manager
TITLE: Marketing Program Manager
LOCATION: Minneapolis, MN 55402
ANTICIPATED DURATION: 12 Months
Responsibilities:
- Support the Integrated Marketing Strategy (IMS) team by owning key planning, governance, coordination, and operational processes across the marketing portfolio.
- Manage quarterly offer planning timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate inputs across Strategy, Product, Analytics, Finance, and Channel teams.
- Support rewards expense sizing, business case development, approvals, and implementation readiness activities.
- Coordinate governance processes and supporting documentation such as PAM, SVA, CAP.
- Track offer approvals, implementation dates, release schedules, dependencies, and key decisions.
- Maintain offer calendars, historical records, decision logs, and process documentation.
- Develop and maintain the IMS Master Marketing Calendar.
- Track major campaigns, launches, offer changes, and strategic initiatives.
- Support prioritization discussions and identify timing conflicts, resource impacts, and dependencies.
- Lead planning, coordination, and readiness activities for major marketing initiatives and launches.
- Develop and maintain launch plans, timelines, checklists, and status reports.
- Coordinate execution across Strategy, Creative, Analytics, Product, Channel, and Business partners.
- Track risks, issues, dependencies, approvals, and milestones.
- Coordinate marketing operating routines and communication efforts.
- Develop and maintain a centralized repository of marketing documentation, templates, processes, and best practices.
- Support development of executive presentations and leadership communications.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing program management, marketing operations, business operations, project management, or related disciplines.
- Demonstrated success managing complex cross-functional initiatives and operational processes.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, priorities, and deliverables simultaneously.
- Proven ability to create structure, process, and operational rigor within a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience supporting marketing organizations.
- Experience in marketing planning, campaign management, offer management, or go-to-market programs.
- Experience managing governance processes, approval workflows, and implementation schedules.
- Experience with Workfront or similar workflow/project management tools.
- Financial services experience.
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $0.00 to $41.44 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
