Join as a Technical Product Manager IV and be a driving force behind innovative AI-powered solutions that transform sales strategies worldwide. In this pivotal role, you’ll bridge the gap between complex technical capabilities and impactful product experiences, leading the development of cutting-edge features within the AI/ML landscape. Your expertise will help shape the future of sales enablement, influencing how Channel Sales teams surface insights and act on data to enhance customer experiences on a global scale.
Required Skills:
  • Strong technical background with hands-on experience in AI/ML product development, data-intensive platforms, or software engineering
  • 5+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years managing AI/ML products or data platforms at scale
  • Proven track record shipping production AI/ML features, including defining success metrics and measuring outcomes
  • Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG, or generative AI in a production environment
  • Data fluency, with the ability to analyze, explore, and leverage data for decision-making
  • Expertise in writing detailed product and technical specifications for engineering teams
  • Ability to engage in technical planning, evaluate trade-offs, and communicate complex concepts clearly
Nice to Have Skills:
  • MS or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, NLP, or related fields
  • Familiarity with agentic AI and emerging AI system design patterns
  • Background in enterprise sales analytics or channel partner ecosystems
  • Knowledge of vector databases and semantic search systems
  • Experience with LLM evaluation and quality measurement approaches
  • Understanding of data pipeline orchestration, real-time feature serving, and streaming architectures
  • Data-driven decision-making skills, with a healthy skepticism of AI solutions and a focus on rigorous success criteria
Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related technical disciplines
  • 5+ years in product management, with substantial experience shipping AI/ML features in scalable environments
Other Requirements:
  • Capable of working collaboratively across cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, sales, and leadership
  • Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
  • Ability to manage high-pressure situations with clarity and confidence
  • Flexibility with travel as needed to support global teams and initiatives

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $90.00 to $100.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
