Technical Product Manager
W2 contract until 12/31/26 
Hybrid in ATL, Charlotte, Minneapolis, Irving, or Chicago


Are you passionate about shaping the future of digital banking and financial technology? We’re seeking an accomplished Technical Product Manager to lead the development of cutting-edge digital products focused on money movement capabilities. In this dynamic role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create seamless, customer-centric experiences that enhance our bank’s digital engagement and support strategic growth initiatives.

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

  • At least 5 years of technical product management experience, especially within digital environments.
  • Proven expertise in Agile methodologies, with a track record of delivering scalable and innovative software solutions.
  • Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences, including stakeholders and executive leadership.
  • Deep understanding of product development lifecycle, from ideation and customer research to prototyping and deployment.
  • Ability to analyze data, perform competitive market analysis, and translate insights into actionable product strategies.

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience in the financial services sector or with consumer-facing digital products.
  • Skills in PowerPoint or presentation tools to effectively communicate product visions.
  • Prior experience working with external partners, licensing, and beta programs.
  • Technical fluency, including familiarity with architecture discussions, trade-offs, and technical debt management.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Extensive background in digital product development within a matrixed organization.
  • Demonstrated success in managing product roadmaps, defining KPIs, and leading cross-functional teams.

Other Requirements:

  • Willingness to work in a hybrid setting, with 3 days per week on-site.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple teams, including engineering, UX, and business units.
  • A customer-obsessed mindset focused on delivering frictionless and innovative digital experiences.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $70.00 to $79.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
