Responsibilities:
- Work with product, design, and operations teams to deliver innovative ways to serve learners.
- Support product development and report on user response to products.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to plan product development strategies.
- Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities.
- Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples.
- Demonstrate ability as a technical product manager, product owner, or solutions architect.
- Engage with engineering, data engineering, or SDET teams to ensure technical quality.
- Communicate complex technical information to a broad audience, including executives and stakeholders.
- Work with engineering and key teams to deliver scalable software solutions.
- Coordinate with product managers and teams to define roadmaps and deliver product features.
- Translate business needs and user requirements into user stories and specifications.
- Document detailed acceptance criteria for development and QA teams.
- Drive Agile methodologies, including owning backlogs and prioritizing features.
- Define objectives and success criteria for projects.
Requirements:
- Product Management experience.
- Wealth Management & investment services background (preferred).
- Business Analysis and Requirement gathering (5+ years).
- Proven experience as a software engineer, data engineer, or SDET.
- Technical fluency to discuss architectural concepts, trade-offs, and opportunities.
- Ability to make decisions on product features, technical debt, and resiliency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience working in remote or hybrid environments depending on location.
- Ability to work with partners in locations such as Minneapolis, Atlanta, or Chicago is preferred.
- Experience working with external partners and managing early-stage products.
- Knowledge of Agile principles and methodologies.
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $70.00 to $80.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
