Responsibilities:
Overview:
We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic professional to join our team as a Strategy & Operations Manager. In this role, you will partner with senior leadership to drive high-impact business initiatives, shape strategic direction, and lead cross-functional programs that support organizational growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with executive stakeholders (C-level, VP, and Director-level) to define and execute business strategies.
- Lead and manage cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution, ensuring alignment across teams.
- Analyze complex business problems and develop data-driven recommendations to support decision-making.
- Drive operational improvements and identify opportunities for scalability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams across product, finance, operations, and go-to-market functions.
- Present insights, strategic recommendations, and progress updates to senior leadership.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in management consulting, business strategy, operations, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, corporate development, or corporate advisory; OR 4+ years of experience with an advanced degree (e.g., MBA or equivalent).
- 3+ years of experience working directly with executive stakeholders.
- 2+ years of experience developing business strategies and/or leading cross-functional initiatives.
Requirements:
- 6 years of experience in management consulting, operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity or corporate advisory, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- 3 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $100.00 to $138.16 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
