TITLE: Strategic Planning Specialist
LOCATION: Los Angeles, CA
ANTICIPATED DURATION: From 06/02/2026 to 06/01/2027

Responsibilities:

• Develop integrated media strategies within Services.
• Manage workflow between external and internal media teams.
• Analyze media channel performance and provide insights.
• Position as the strategic thought leader for business stakeholders.
• Communicate challenges, solutions, recommendations, and perspectives clearly.

Requirements:

• 5+ years media planning and strategy experience, agency experience a plus.
• Expertise in cross channel tactical planning for performance and brand KPIs.
• Ability to leverage data and insights to build audience profiles and create communication plans.
• Familiarity with traditional media channels, digital advertising, and social media platforms.
• Track record of measuring impact through testing and measurement solutions.
• Proficiency with syndicated research sources (MRI/Simmons, comScore, etc.) and social listening tools.
• Self-starter with ability to work autonomously, prioritize, and manage multiple projects.
• Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of financial services marketing and/or acquisition marketing strategies is a plus.

the hourly pay rate range for this position is $0.00 to $67.17 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
