TITLE: Recruiter

LOCATION: Minneapolis, MN – Hybrid

ANTICIPATED DURATION: From 05/26/2026 to 08/28/2026

Responsibilities:

  • Support business objectives through sourcing, assessing, and recruiting top talent for U.S. Bancorp positions.
  • Identify candidates using a variety of sources and techniques to reach diverse talent pools.
  • Drive the recruiting process in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Support operations recruiting, specifically for contact centers with high-volume and class-based hiring.
  • Facilitate multiple class hires and ongoing recruitment needs.
  • Maintain a focus on providing a positive experience for hiring managers and candidates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
  • Two or more years of recruiting experience.
  • Basic knowledge of talent acquisition processes including sourcing and selection.
  • Effective project management skills.
  • Strong presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Intermediate computer skills, especially Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.

Preferred Experience:

  • Class hiring and high-volume recruitment experience.
  • Workday recruiting experience.
  • Phenom ATS experience.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $20.00 to $35.43 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
