Senior Product Manager
Fully Remote
W2 contract until December 2026 – potential to extend

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in product management with a track record of delivering successful products
  • Strong leadership abilities and excellent communication skills
  • Deep understanding of market research, user needs, and competitive analysis
  • Ability to develop and prioritize product roadmaps and features
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision making
  • Experience working with agile development teams

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Technical background or familiarity with software development processes
  • Experience with SaaS platforms or digital products
  • Knowledge of UX/UI design principles
  • Previous experience in a high-growth startup or innovative tech environment

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; an MBA is a plus
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in product management or related roles
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects
  • • 2+ years of specific experience in the MarTech, Customer Engagement, or Retention marketing product space.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $70.00 to $85.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
