Data Analyst
TITLE: Data Analyst
LOCATION: Sunnyvale, CA (on-site Tuesday – Thursday)
ANTICIPATED DURATION: 6 months
Responsibilities:
- Analyze manufacturing test data to define, develop, implement, and measure data standards for new and existing data entities.
- Develop dashboards to visualize data quality scores across contract manufacturers.
- Build automated systems for monitoring data quality and proactively generate tickets for anomalies.
- Assist in developing AI-based recommendations for data standards, including anomaly detection and data quality rules.
- Support log analysis, summary generation, and improve log searching capabilities.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with interest in data quality and data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Experience with at least one scripting language (e.g., Python, R).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, PowerBI).
- Exposure to data quality management, data governance, or master data management concepts.
- Basic understanding of machine learning, especially in areas like anomaly detection.
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $85 to $96.51 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
