TITLE: Technical Program Manager
LOCATION: Cupertino Or Culver City, CA
ANTICIPATED DURATION:12 months

Responsibilities:
  • Clearly communicate priorities, progress, risks, and expectations to both technical and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment across teams.
  • Demonstrate ownership and accountability, taking pride in delivering high-quality products and successful outcomes.
  • Lead with integrity, navigate conflict constructively, and contribute to the success of the broader team and organization.
  • Build strong relationships, establish credibility, and influence stakeholders at all levels to drive results within a large, matrixed organization.
  • Apply creative and strategic problem-solving to address team challenges, project delivery needs, and cross-functional issues.

Additional Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of iterative software development principles and practices.
  • Knowledge of software development methodologies beyond Agile, with the ability to apply the right approaches to maximize team and organizational value.
  • Appreciation for development team commitments, with an understanding of the technical considerations required to achieve delivery goals.
  • Familiarity with incremental delivery practices and the use of metrics to measure progress and outcomes.
  • Proven experience utilizing backlog management, velocity tracking, burndown metrics, sprint planning, and task definition.
  • Exposure to PHP development and the LAMP stack is beneficial, though not required.
  • Understanding of business intelligence technologies, architectures, concepts, and methodologies is a plus.
  • Familiarity with supply chain processes and operational concepts is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally, as required.


Preferred Experience:
  • Proven ability to facilitate collaboration between engineering, product, QA, and business stakeholders to remove impediments and maintain project momentum.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with experience using metrics and reporting to identify trends, manage risks, and improve team performance.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced, evolving environment.


The hourly pay rate range for this position is $80.00 to $91. (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
