TITLE: Strategic Media Planning Specialist

Join a dynamic team as a Strategic Media Planning Specialist and lead innovative, multi-channel media strategies that drive brand growth and performance. In this pivotal role, you'll develop and execute integrated media plans— spanning digital, social, and traditional channels— to amplify our clients' messages and maximize impact. Your insights will shape strategic direction, optimize media spend, and deliver measurable results, all while collaborating with passionate teams and industry leaders.
What You'll Bring to the Table:
- 7-10 years of media planning and strategy experience, preferably within an agency environment.
- Proven expertise in cross-channel tactical planning aligned with performance and brand KPIs.
- Strong ability to leverage data and insights to build audience profiles and craft targeted marketing strategies.
- Deep familiarity with digital advertising, social media platforms, OOH, TV, and their interconnected roles in integrated campaigns.
- Track record of measuring campaign impact using testing and measurement solutions, with the ability to communicate findings and recommendations effectively.
- A proactive, autonomous self-starter with excellent project management skills, capable of juggling multiple initiatives at once.
- Exceptional presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with syndicated research sources (MRI/Simmons, comScore) and social listening tools is highly valued.
- Experience in the music or entertainment industry is a plus.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Background in communications and audience strategy.
- Familiarity with creative messaging and branding within media campaigns.
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Over 4 years of hands-on experience working at a media agency.
- Demonstrated success overseeing campaigns from conception through execution, especially in integrated media and digital efforts.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership of projects.
- Willingness to support diverse campaign types, from evergreen performance strategies to full-funnel artist initiatives.
- Strong collaboration skills with social media teams and creative partners.
