What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including marketing, engineering, analytics, operations, QA, and design—to understand user pain points and develop tailored tooling solutions.
- Document and optimize operational workflows by connecting tools and systems while considering their impact on daily work.
- Gather requirements and use cases to identify key capabilities across multiple marketing platforms.
- Create compelling presentations to convey a clear vision and motivate stakeholders at all levels.
- Propose innovative solutions, balancing creativity with understanding of constraints and limitations.
- Drive initiative prioritization, evangelize the product roadmap, and champion impactful projects organization-wide.
- Measure success through KPIs, analyze user experiences, and continually seek opportunities for enhancement.
Required Skills:
- At least 7 years of experience managing internal tools, preferably within B2C advertising or marketing technology.
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills capable of inspiring cross-functional teams and leadership.
- Motivated, creative problem-solver who proactively initiates solutions.
- Deep analytical capability with a knack for identifying opportunities within existing systems.
- Proven success influencing stakeholders in complex, international, and matrixed environments.
- Experience managing time-sensitive, large-scale projects.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility, and a good sense of humor.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with international marketing initiatives.
- Background working with marketing automation and analytics tools.
- Additional certifications in product management or related areas.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
- Extensive experience working on complex and impactful projects within dynamic environments.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work effectively across multiple teams and time zones.
- Passion for innovation and continuous improvement in internal systems.
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $80 to $88 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
