You'll partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to create intuitive workflows across onboarding, account setup, user management, administrative tools, and platform experiences.
This is a hands-on product design role for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, working deeply in Figma, and partnering closely with cross-functional teams to deliver meaningful business and customer outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Design end-to-end user experiences across enterprise web and mobile experiences serving business customers.
- Create intuitive workflows for account onboarding, account management, user permissions, role-based access, and administrative tools.
- Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to define requirements, identify opportunities, and shape product strategy.
- Lead and participate in discovery activities including stakeholder interviews, workshops, journey mapping, and research synthesis.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma.
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable, user-centered experiences.
- Leverage customer feedback, analytics, research findings, and business goals to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate within Agile product teams throughout the product lifecycle from discovery through delivery.
- Contribute to and evolve design systems, reusable patterns, and scalable UX frameworks.
- Present design recommendations and rationale to stakeholders while incorporating feedback effectively.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Product Design, UX Design, or Digital Product Design experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work across web-based applications.
- Advanced proficiency with Figma.
- Experience designing enterprise software, SaaS products, B2B platforms, or complex business applications.
- Strong interaction design, information architecture, workflow design, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience partnering closely with Product Management and Engineering teams.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and collaborate effectively across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Experience working in Agile product environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing onboarding, account setup, user management, permissions, or administrative workflows.
- Experience working on B2B platforms, enterprise SaaS products, or account management systems.
- Familiarity with design systems and scalable component libraries.
- Experience leveraging analytics, experimentation, customer feedback, and user research to guide design decisions.
- Exposure to AI-assisted design workflows and tools such as Figma AI, Figma Make, Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar technologies.
- Experience designing responsive web experiences and mobile products.

The ideal candidate is comfortable receiving and incorporating feedback, thrives in cross-functional environments, and enjoys solving complex workflow challenges for business users.
This role is best suited for someone who is still highly hands-on, enjoys spending time in Figma, and wants to continue growing as an individual contributor while helping shape the future of enterprise digital experiences.
