Join our dynamic team as a Copy Editor III and play a vital role in shaping compelling, accurate, and polished communications for our Retail Engagement, Marketing, and Merchandising (REMM) initiatives. This high-impact role offers the opportunity to work on both digital and print content that reaches our global audience, ensuring every message aligns with our brand’s excellence and integrity. As a key contributor, you will bring your meticulous eye for detail and passion for exceptional writing to help us deliver world-class content that informs, engages, and inspires.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of editing experience, preferably within creative teams or marketing organizations
- Strong writing skills with a keen eye for detail
- Deep understanding of U.S.-style English, grammar, punctuation, and style guides, including The Chicago Manual of Style
- Extensive proofreading and fact-checking expertise
- Experience with artificial intelligence tools in content development
- Proficiency in Pages, Numbers, and Keynote
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience working with marketing or social media content
- Knowledge of content management systems and digital publishing tools
- Creative problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude
Preferred Education and Experience:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent education and work experience
- Prior experience in high-profile, global brands or in retail communications
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Willingness to complete a copyediting test as part of the application process
- A results-driven mindset and comfort working in a high-change environment

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $42.00 to $50.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
