Principal Service Designer & Researcher
Smyrna Area, Atlanta, GA  (5 days onsite)
4+mont contract (full medical, dental, vision benefits offered)

We are seeking a Principal Service Designer and Researcher to lead the design and delivery of exceptional customer-centric solutions. In this pivotal role, you will drive strategic initiatives, inspire design teams, and collaborate across disciplines to create seamless, compelling services that elevate our brand and satisfy client needs. If you're a creative leader with a knack for problem-solving and a desire to influence the future of service design, this opportunity is your chance to shine.

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of Service Design/UX methods, process improvement principles and research workflows
  • Proven ability to lead complex design projects from inception to implementation
  • Comfortable with complex service mapping / diagramming service flows across multiple tools
  • Strong facilitation skills and ability to synthesize group needs to define strategy / action planning to inform rapid experimentation, educational content and governance needs
  • Proficiency with service design tools and software, including JourneyTrack, TheyDo, Pendo, PlaybookUX, etc.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in service design or a similar role, with demonstrated leadership responsibilities

 

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $70 to $76 per hour (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
