Producer
Bring your creativity and leadership to life as a Producer, shaping the future of innovative content and media projects. In this key role, you’ll drive the end-to-end production process, from strategy development to execution, ensuring high-quality deliverables that resonate with diverse audiences. You will influence project roadmaps, craft compelling stories, and foster an inclusive environment where everyone’s ideas and perspectives thrive.
Required Skills:
- Proven ability to manage partnerships and build strong relationships with internal teams and third-party vendors
- Deep understanding of product excellence, strategy, and planning
- Industry knowledge related to content, media, and marketing
- Expertise in project management, budgeting, content management, and operational efficiency
- Exceptional creative problem-solving abilities and technical visioning
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in driving complex content creation projects across multiple teams
- Knowledge of innovative production techniques and industry best practices
- Skills in cross-disciplinary collaboration and strategic influence
- Familiarity with inclusivity initiatives and fostering psychological safety
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Relevant bachelor’s degree or higher in Media, Communications, Marketing, or related fields
- Demonstrated success in a similar producer or content leadership role with a strong portfolio of projects
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work effectively across diverse teams and cultures
- Flexibility to manage project timelines within a defined window from September 7, 2026, to November 9, 2026
- Commitment to uphold core values and foster an environment of psychological safety and inclusivity

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $95.00 to $100.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
